Hi, I'm Sophie, the founder of Bamboo STEM Tutoring. I created this tutoring service with one clear goal: to make learning accessible, confidence-building, and genuinely enjoyable for every student. I hold an MChem degree and am currently pursuing a PhD in Chemistry, which allows me to bring both strong subject expertise and real research experience into my teaching.
Over the years, I've supported students across GCSE, A-level, and Functional Skills courses, helping them break down difficult topics into clear, manageable steps. My approach is calm, structured, and fully tailored to each learner—because everyone learns differently, and the right explanation can change everything.
